Nathan Cleaver Septic Services is truly a Full-Service company. You get the benefit of reduced hassle, significant savings, and top quality work. 

Once your request for Services is in the queue, our Contract Manager will forward you a Feasibility Contract for you to review and sign.

All projects require a Feasibility Analysis. This analysis is scheduled once you initiate a contract with us. Our first step is to schedule a site visit by one of our licensed technicians. They will perform a site review which includes reviewing the landscape, potential site locations, and taking dimensional measurements digging holes for the county required soil analysis.  

All projects need an approved Design and our Design Team is skilled in matching your vision with the findings from the site visit. From this information they create the plan and packet, our Contract Manager then submits the packet to the County for approved.  

When the design is approve by the County, we provide you with an Installation Estimate. Once you accept the Estimate, and pay the 50% deposit, we put you in our project schedule.
